The Yoke

A yoke is something that joins an animal to something/someone to do work. It is put around the shoulders of a horse or an oxen or an ass so they can pull something such as a plow to till the ground. The word yoke is used 6 times in the New Testament; the first use is in this scripture:

“Come unto me, all [ye] that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke [is] easy, and my burden is light.” (Matt 11:28-30)

The Greek word for “yoke” is zygos, which means “a yoke placed on cattle”, or “a burden”. So the Lord in the above scripture is calling mankind to work for Him, because He shall bring rest (or a Sabbath) into their work. This is spiritually and physically true; for it is only God who gives mankind a day of rest, the devil sees mankind as his slave so he does not give them any rest. The devil is also an oppressor so he continually piles unnecessary work upon the shoulders of men.

In an atmosphere of Jebusite and Amorite evil spirits small bits of information are blocked which causes things to not communicate, leading to an increase of work. When things do not communicate then the end result cannot be achieved so a lot of work goes in to try to find the fault, which can be very minor. Over the last 2 days this has become evident in the work that I do; small issues lead to big problems, resulting in impatience, which draws in deceitful Hittite evil spirits into the atmosphere.

Impatience actually causes work to take longer to complete because Hittite evil spirits affect the emotions leading to despair and anger so that truth has difficulty in entering into the situation. Calmness before opposition is a warfare strategy because the enemy of our soul opposes us in all of our work unto the Lord. To conquer satan you must be patient, which comes from an abiding faith in the Lord Jesus. The greater your faith the more patient you are in adversity.

The Lord desires us to work for Him, but one of His greatest requirements (even more than patience) is meekness. To be meek is to be humble before the Lord. Humility before God means that you do not act on your own nor think on your own, or do anything on your own. Whatever happens in your life you accept it as the Lord’s provision for you, either to bless you or strengthen you in some way. So even satan’s attacks are allowed by the Lord to teach you something about your enemy, to develop your character, and to increase your faith; for you know that the enemy cannot destroy you, rather you shall destroy him.

A few months ago I heard a testimony from a lady who had breast cancer. The doctors told her they could not operate but her faith in God was so great that her breast developed an opening that spewed out all the dead cells that was in her breast. The cancer was then gone to the surprise of the doctors. God does not give us diseases; we get diseases due to
sin in our lives or within the lives of the people we abide with. The source of all sin is evil spirits which stays around those who abide in sin, however if you abide in that atmosphere it’s possible for you to be impacted by the evil spirits around you, including disease manifestation. Notice I said you must abide in a sinful atmosphere, not that you are in a sinful atmosphere, because the whole world has evil spirits, so you can’t get away from them.

Though God does not give us disease, when and if it manifests in our lives He gives a way out through faith. There is nothing impossible for God, so we must live and die by faith.

One of the greatest assurance about doing the Lord’s work is knowing that “it is finished”. When the Lord said those words on the cross He meant them, because His death meant that sin was forever nailed to the cross and every “man” who looked upon the cross could be healed from death.

“And the LORD said unto Moses, Make thee a fiery serpent, and set it upon a pole: and it shall come to pass, that every one that is bitten, when he looketh upon it, shall live.” (Num 21:8)

Moses made a brazen serpent on a pole for the children of Israel and the Lord healed all who looked upon it; however it was later destroyed by king Hezekiah because it had become an idol that people worshipped. This is also true of the cross. Many people wear a cross because they view it as good luck or that God will be with them, yet they do not have a relationship with He who died on the cross nor do they regard Him. What they are seeking is some power coming from the cross for their benefit. The roman catholic religion is the instigator and agent of the cross idolatry.

Nonetheless, the Lord’s work is done, and the world is proceeding as expected. The truth is that when God created His angels and mankind He knew exactly what He was going to do through them, so He gave them the gifts and abilities to accomplish His desire. However, since many angels rebelled and became evil spirits they can only look to the limits that God has set on them to express themselves. These limits can be observed and worked around, because they cannot go beyond what they were created to do. Indeed, this is why the Lord could tell His prophets exactly how the age that we live in today would operate. As satan spreads his kingdom out into the world the weakness of his kingdom becomes revealed to those who are not “caught up” in the world.

“Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the
faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;” (1 Tim 4:1)

The devil has indeed weakened the nations through his influence because he is like a cancer that sucks the life out of people. Anything that the devil does results in weakness because his only concern is “eating” so that he can continue to live. God’s curse upon satan sealed his fate, he is doomed by his own self.
One of the biggest traps that the devil has created to get mankind to continue to follow him is the current global financial system. The whole thing is a fraud, yet people kill and die for money. The Lord knew that the devil would do this because He knows satan (He created him). The trap that the devil has set for mankind to bring us under greater bondage shall destroy him. So we need not envy men who think they are rich because they have amassed mountains of money (which is debt), we must pity them because the money that they put their trust in shall fail them and in one day all their wealth will be gone.

The thing that comes to my mind are these entertainers like Jay-Z who wear idols around their necks while they perform and sing about money like there is nothing more important in the world. Oh how I would like to see their proud faces when the Lord rains judgement on Hollywood and all that it stands for.

“Surely thou didst set them in slippery places: thou castedst them down into destruction. How are they [brought] into desolation, as in a moment! they are utterly consumed with terrors.” (Ps 73:18-19)

[Note: Just before I inserted the above scripture into the article someone came to me and asked “do you have any silver to make up a 20 dollar”. I’m in Jamaica in an upscale mall so dollars start with coins and $20 Jamaican is around 0.20 cents US. God is going to turn the proud rich into beggars in these latter days.]

“Therefore shall her plagues come in one day, death, and mourning, and famine; and she shall be utterly burned with fire: for strong [is] the Lord God who judgeth her.” (Rev 18:8)

As we have shown before money is related to work. God created money to empower those who He favours because they love Him and do His work. (The reward of doing God’s work is God; He is a greater reward than anything of the flesh or the spirit). There is currently no greater work than the establishment of the kingdom of God on earth. This is the work that God calls all who profess to be part of the true Church into. However, as we have shown before God will not accept that you will do His work before He tries you.

In our previous article “Jew!” we revealed that the Black Horse of the Apocalypse is the “Spirit” of God who goes out to try people and nations by weighing them in the balance. Yesterday (May 18, 2011) the Lord showed us that the word “pair of balances” associated with the Black Horse is really the word “yoke”.

“And when he had opened the third seal, I heard the third beast say, Come and see. And I beheld, and lo a black horse; and he that sat on him had a pair of balances in his hand. And I heard a voice in the midst of the four beasts say, A measure of wheat for a penny, and three measures of barley for a penny; and [see] thou hurt not the oil and the wine.” (Rev 6:5-6)
The word for “pair of balances” is the Greek word zygos, which as we revealed above means yoke. The word zygos occurs 6 times in the New Testament and each time it is translated as yoke or burden, except for the above scripture. Why? This is because the translators looked at the next scripture and saw that it was talking about wheat, barley, oil, and wine; these are things that are measured to be priced. So the natural thing would be to say that the Black Horse rider had a scale or balance in his hand, because that is what would be used to measure and price the items listed.

God does not call us to reason based on what seems natural, so even though the Black Horse rider seems strange with a yoke in his hand, that is what the translator should have wrote. Indeed, a yoke makes perfect sense when you understand what the purpose of the Black Horse is. The next verse (6) deals with a scarcity of natural food; for a penny was a days wage and a measure of wheat was only enough to feed 1 person for 1 day. However, if a person chose “lower quality” barley (barley was poor people food in that it was also fed to animals) then he could feed his family on a days wage. Nonetheless, the spiritual food, oil (anointing) and wine (the Holy Spirit), was available in abundance.

When the Black Horse enters a person’s life he makes natural things scarce but spiritual things are abundant. This means that a person enters a wilderness fasting stage in their life; for fasting restricts natural food so you can feed on spiritual food. The reason this is done is so that a yoke can be placed on the person; for at the end of the Black Horse stage a person is fit to be yoked to the Lord.

When Jesus rejected turning stone into bread, rejected worshipping satan for worldly authority and glory, and rejected operating in pride by tempting the Lord, He completed the Black Horse stage, so now He was fit to start His ministry, yoked unto His Father, the Almighty God. Note a person may go through the Black Horse stage several times to prepare him/her for the next level of work that must be done in God.

The temptations of satan are greatest during the Black Horse stage (especially near the end), because he does not want us to get to the next level, which is the Green Horse, whose rider is Death. (The translators of Rev 6:8 made the horse pale, even though the Greek word is green, because the rider is called Death.) The Green Horse rider brings destruction upon earth, which destroys the systems of the world, through mighty judgements, including the opening of hell through earthquakes. Deceitful spirits are sent to hell through the Green Horse rider.

I do not know if the Lord will ask me to write anything else before May 21, 2011, the dreaded “Judgement Day”, that is a great falsehood being spread by a religious madman and the groups who follow him. This false prophet has taken away people’s hope telling them that they are doomed if they don’t believe in his message. Telling them that God has chosen who He is going to choose and now He’s going wipe out everyone through a series of earthquakes. Then on October 21, 2011 the world will end.

If this madman is true then all the things that Daniel wrote is false and Jesus Himself is false, because the Lord told us that no one knows when He shall appear, not even Him.
So how could this man who guessed wrong in 1994 know more than God Himself? The Lord is longsuffering not wishing that any would perish, however He will judge and destroy in order to remove wickedness. Indeed, the thousands of years that God has allowed His plan to proceed through is a testimony of His loving kindness towards mankind. Further, the Lord covers and protects His people during times of judgement; all who put their trust in the Lord are covered by God.

San Francisco, which is where the ministry of this madman is based, is a cesspool of evil spirits whose time of judgement is on the horizon. Not only is San Francisco the “gay capital” of the world, it is also the headquarters of the church of satan, and a host of all kinds of wickedness. Now this “hated” city is calling for a ban on male circumcision, which they claim is cruel. As you know God’s covenant with the natural children of
Abraham (Jews) is via the circumcision of all male children on their 8th day. So essentially, this wicked city is saying that God’s ways are cruel while they wallow in filth.

I know that God is going to destroy San Francisco and much of California in one day, but I do not know when, and He may not tell me. When we see the destruction in California we in Jamaica should know that the time is very short for us. The Lord is preparing me for the disaster in Jamaica so that I will be able to help others, so I don’t expect the “big one” until the preparation is done. The Lord told His friend Abraham when He was going to destroy Sodom and Gomorrah, and He had angels take Abraham’s nephew, Lot, out of the city before He destroyed it forever.

We should not listen to the ranting of madmen who do not know God. These kinds of men discredit the Lord, the Bible, and His Church. He is guilty of a most grievous sin against God and mankind, so this is the judgement that I ask from the Lord upon him and his ministry:

“May he and his ministry be discredited and made a laughing stock, then may God take away every thing he has, and may his name always be remembered as a fool who reproached the Living God. Let nothing spawn from him, let everything pertaining to him go down into the pit when the Lord judges the false spirits coming out of California.

We say this in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ.”

Now is not the time to be distracted because the devil roams about looking for who he may destroy. The Lord desires to put His yoke upon us so like Jesus we will be a “force” to reckon with in the world.
